RSAA is a recruiting and service firm that places qualified Desk Adjusters, Field Adjusters, and File Reviewers for both CAT and Daily work with IA firms and Carriers.
Based in Mobile, AL we were created by adjusters for adjusters. Being in the heart of hurricane country we are acutely aware of the importance adjusters play in helping impacted communities.

No, we are a fully independent recruiting company that works with multiple carriers to provide qualified adjusters and staff. We prefer candidates who have at least one CAT storm under their belt.

We are an excellent option for those who already work with an IA firm and would like to consider us for additional opportunities. We do not offer work for the same event if you are currently deployed by a firm.
However, if you have not been offered an opportunity for a specific event by your primary client, please consider allowing RSAA to assist you in finding a deployment.

Yes, the fee schedule and rate percentage offered to adjuster(s) by the IA firm/Carrier will be paid directly to you.

No. We have an arrangement with IA firms/carriers that does not affect adjuster compensation. We work with multiple carriers to provide qualified adjusters and staff. Compensation will be direct to you from the IA firm or carrier.
